With this Iridium phone prepaid SIM card, users have a global, cost-effective communications system at their fingertips, eliminating the headaches of monthly bills, subscriptions and activation fees, credit checks, surprise charges or security deposits while providing the global reach and accessibility users have come to expect from Iridium.
This plan offers 300 voice or data minutes, or 600 outgoing text messages or a combination thereof. Minutes are valid for 12 months and can be extended by adding more minutes prior to expiry.

The minutes are valid for 12 months from activation and the minutes DO NOT roll over. A grace period of 270 days after the minutes are used or 270 days after expiry. Prepaid Units Expiry:
Prepaid units cannot be extended for more than three years beyond their original purchase date.
- Prepaid units carried over due to account recharging will be expired from a user’s prepaid account balance on a daily basis three years from their original purchase date.
Expiry Period:
The expiry period is 12 months from date of initial activation.
Unused minutes are lost the day an account exceeds its expiry period and will not be returned.
Grace Period:
The grace period of this global voucher is 270 days from the date of expiry. "Grace Period" is defined as the time between when prepaid account has expired and when the SIM is deleted from the Iridium system.
During the grace period:
- All calls and SMS are blocked. The account will stop functioning on the day after expiry.
- SIM can be reloaded within the grace period and phone number is retained. Unused minutes will NOT be recovered as all units are lost the day a prepaid account expires.
After the Grace Period, Iridium will delete all SIM data from the system, which means a new SIM card will be required and a new phone number will be assigned.
